On March 20-21, 2014, the Growth Dialogue and the OECD co-hosted a Symposium on Innovation and Inclusive Growth in Paris, France. This symposium brought together leading experts and policy makers from advanced, emerging and developing economies to discuss the critical challenges that need to be addressed for innovation to support inclusive growth and identify key policy principles. Danny Leipziger and Shahid Yusuf chaired sessions during the Symposium along with senior officials from the OECD. Prof. Philippe Aghion was the keynote speaker. Participants from 12 Emerging Economies deliberated along with international experts.
